Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Nova Rowan Civic Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
