Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Rivermark Sparrow Environmental Services Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 59 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
