Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Westbrook Meridian Foods is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 72 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
