Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Nova Mill Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Honolulu, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 984 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
