Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Northwind Juniper Foods produces packaged foods at its Madison plant. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
