Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright West Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 721 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
