Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Silverline Stone Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for case files. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
