Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Nova Ashton Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Phoenix, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
