Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Beacon Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
