Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Nova Willow Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Tampa. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
