Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Amberfield Ashton Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Phoenix, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
