Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Nova Ashton Banking Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
