Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Highbridge Rowan Banking Services is a regional lender in Las Vegas with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
