Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Cedar Hollow Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Philadelphia with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
