Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Amberfield Lantern Construction is a Columbus contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 762 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
