Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Cedar Pine Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Tampa. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 258 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for production lots. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
