Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bluepeak Loom Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Nashville. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
