Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Glen Civic Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
