Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Nest Financial Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
