Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Westbrook Keystone Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
