Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Vale Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
