Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Sparrow Transit Planning Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
