Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Amberfield Union Inspection Services is an inspection company in Richmond with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for certifications. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
