Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Rivermark Stone Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Chicago focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
