Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Redstone Field Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around St. Louis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
