Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Iron Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
