Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Ironwood Pine Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the San Antonio area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 175 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
