Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Quarry Telecom Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
