Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Cedar Loom Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Minneapolis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
