Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Amberfield Granite Pharma is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
