Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Stonegate Wilder Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
