Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Amberfield Quarry Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Houston focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for field visits. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
