Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bluepeak Linden Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Memphis with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
