Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Fernwood Oak Banking Services is a regional lender in Pittsburgh with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
