Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Oak Health and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
