Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Greenridge Birch Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Oakland focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
