Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Harborlight Linden Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Raleigh, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
