Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cross Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
