Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Amberfield Forge Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Hartford. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for usage data. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
