Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Cross Inspection Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
