Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Highbridge Field Water Authority Partners is a public water utility serving the Nashville area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for treatment plant data. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
