Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bright Birch Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Savannah area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 150 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
