Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Ironwood Sparrow Foods produces packaged foods at its San Antonio plant. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
