Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Clearpath Sparrow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Honolulu with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
