Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Clearpath Ivory Civic Services supports public agencies in El Paso with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
