Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Highbridge Timber Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Des Moines, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
