Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Summit Linden Health Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 684 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
