Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Raleigh, NC)

Greenridge Timber Construction Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
