Stonegate Corner Construction Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
