Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Fern Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Raleigh working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
